Return Policy

New Skirts: 

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase or your money back! We will provide you with a full refund minus the shipping cost and 15% restocking fee for any return submitted within 7 business days of the order, and you must pay the cost of shipping the item back.You must contact us prior to sending the skirt back.

If you want to exchange an item, first contact us within 7 business days of the receipt, and we will tell you what to do. Usually you will send the product back to us with $8 for a new product to be sent to you. Please do not return anything without instructions from us. If an item is returned without contacting MyDenimSkirt and receiving instruction, a 50% restocking fee will be charged.

All returns regardless of reason, must be in new condition, have original packaging, tags must be connected, and submitted with the receipt.

Note: A 15% restocking fee will be charged to all returned items with instructions from MyDenimSkirt within the timeframe allocated. If no contact is made and the item is returned, a 50% fee will be assessed. 

Backorder Policy

In the unfortunate event that the selected item is out of stock at the time of the order, we will email or call you and let you know. Back order items are shipped immediately when the new shipment is in.

Shipping Policies

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Prices for shipping to the continental United States are: $8.00 for the first item, plus $2 dollars for each additional item. We use US Postal Services Mail and usual delivery time is 3-8 business days.
